After meeting with buyers to learn their objectives and the type of home they are looking for, I work with them to identify a listing that meets their needs before assisting them in writing the offer, starting with suggesting an offering price, explaining all the other options (earnest money, inspections, etc.), and then explaining the timeline of what they can expect moving forward. For sellers, it’s about designing a marketing plan that fits their timeline and reaches our intended audience. With online marketing tools as well as a network of professional agents, I make sure to adjust my approach to fit my seller’s individual needs.
