Ron is an excellent Realtor. When we called looking for a realtor, we expressed a need for their most patient and understanding person because we knew how extremely meticulous we were with choosing a home and that if it didn't have everything we wanted, we'll, we just weren't interested. Ron was just that person. He has the patience of a Saint and we appreciate all he has done to make our house hunting very successful.

We worked with Ron to buy a home and highly recommend him to anyone wishing to go through this process and learn along the way. He is very responsive and pays attention to all the little details in the process and in the homes/properties we were considering. He explains things very thoroughly and clearly, which we greatly appreciated. We had lots of specific questions about zoning and land use and didn't really understand much in the beginning. We also had a very specific criteria for the home we were looking for, and he helped us zero in on our approach. When it came time to discuss offer tactics, we worked together to arrive at an offer and strategy. If we had to do it all over again, we’d go right back to him!

As a first time buyer, having Ron represent me was a truly valuable decision. Ron started by asking what I was looking for in a property. He then actively searched for ones meeting that criteria. After visiting multiple properties and having one offer rejected, an open house came up outside what my schedule allowed. I initially wrote it off. Ron, however, believed it worth my consideration and went on my behalf, took pictures and relayed what he saw. He set up a walkthrough to fit my schedule, and after seeing it myself, I was cautiously optimistic. Ron helped me draft and submit a reasonable offer, however it was startling to hear the offer was accepted. After the initial shock, we began acquisition. As the process transpired, Ron kept me up to date and as situations arose, options were clearly explained and decisions were made without being pressured to choose a certain way. Quick response to any questions and frequent updates, even when no action was required from me made an uncertain and potentially stressful process manageable and even exciting. There was peace of mind knowing someone else was watching and helping me through territory unfamiliar and scary to me. Sometimes, throughout the process, I was afraid I was being a bother, but I always felt valued. After the papers were signed Ron made sure I knew to contact him with any future questions. Finally, along with the keys, he presented a housewarming gift and a personalized note of well wishes. Thank you, Berkshire Hathaway, and Ron Mummau, for your expertise, professionalism, and respect: a job well done. This kind of service and experience doesn't just happen.

Ron had a lot of patience with me as a first time home buyer, especially when I was under the impression that the first person to offer the asking price or better would get the house and I was texting him every 5 minutes in a panic to get the offer in before anyone else could. In a very bad buyers market (2022) Ron did everything he could to convince sellers to forego a cash offer and take my mortgage. In the end he finally convinced one to do so and I got my first home.

Ron helped me purchase the investment property and I had no reason to look elsewhere for a realtor when I was ready to sell it.

I had called Ron about a different property that did not materialize.  Ron was very helpful in finding a better & more suitable investment property for me.  Everything of the process went very smooth.
